10 principles that I believe:

5. We can improve our nation’s health though changing our lifestyle

6. Each day we make decisions that impact how we feel through the lifestyle choices we make

7. Through simple changes in your child’s diet you can impact their lifelong health and success

8. Our environment influences our risk of cancer

9. Functional medicine looks to uncover the underlying reason a person’s body is not functioning optimally

10. What we eat accounts for at least 30% of the reason someone develops cancer
